Think of fatSpiders.com as the garage for broken WordPress websites! Much like a mechanic fixes broken cars, your role as a fatSpiders.com Happiness Engineer will be to assist our users with their WordPress issues. To enjoy this role, here’s the type of person you are:

Common responsibilities include:

  • Monitor the support desk Monday to Saturday for at least 10 hours per week
  • If the above hours don’t work for you, just let us know what works best for you, we’re flexible!
  • Review support inquiries, follow up and send quotes for the various tasks that our requested of us.
  • Carry out various WordPress related tasks you are assigned to.

Here are some skills that will come handy:

  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
  • At least 3 years of experience with WordPress.
  • Basic comprehension of HTML, CSS, PHP, and jQuery/Javascript.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and complete tasks on time.
  • You can upsell customers and suggest website improvements without being intrusive or pushy.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and complete tasks on time.
